AWATEA is a 45.3m (148ft) motor yacht built by Royal Hakvoort in 2008, showcasing the shipyard’s reputation for timeless craftsmanship and superior engineering. With a steel hull and aluminum superstructure, AWATEA was designed by Cor de Rover with naval architecture by Diana Yacht Design. The interiors, styled by Felix Buytendijk, provide an inviting blend of classic elegance and modern convenience, with accommodation for 10 guests in five well-appointed staterooms. Meticulously maintained and built to Lloyd’s and MCA standards, AWATEA is perfect for private family adventures or charter use, offering comfort and versatility for global cruising.

AWATEA’s exterior, designed by the renowned Cor D Rover, is a testament to Dutch craftsmanship, with her graceful lines and practical layout. The sundeck features a jacuzzi, sun loungers, and a shaded seating area, creating the perfect spot for relaxation or entertaining. Alfresco dining areas on the upper and main decks provide stunning views and versatile options for meals. Her swim platform offers seamless water access, complemented by an array of tenders and toys for guests to enjoy. AWATEA’s well-thought-out deck spaces balance aesthetics and usability, ensuring a sophisticated outdoor experience.
Timeless Design with a Welcoming Atmosphere
The interiors of AWATEA, styled by Felix Buytendijk, reflect a harmonious blend of warmth and sophistication. Rich woods, neutral tones, and custom furnishings create an elegant yet homely ambience. The main saloon features large windows, plush seating, and a formal dining area, while the skylounge offers a relaxed atmosphere for socialising. The full-beam master suite on the main deck includes a private office, walk-in wardrobe, and luxurious en-suite bathroom. Four additional guest cabins on the lower deck, all with en-suite facilities, ensure comfort for every guest. AWATEA’s interiors provide an intimate yet luxurious retreat for extended journeys.
