Dunya Yachts, established in 2005 by Sedat Ergün, is a prominent Turkish shipyard located in Tuzla Bay, Istanbul. The shipyard spans a 30,000-square-meter facility, featuring Turkey's only climate-controlled covered dry dock, underscoring its commitment to advanced yacht construction and refit services.

In 2013, Dunya Yachts delivered the 72-meter superyacht Axioma, which gained acclaim for its innovative design and has been a favorite in the charter market
Most recently, the shipyard launched the 46.7-meter explorer yacht King Benji in 2024. Designed by Gregory C. Marshall with interiors by Design Unlimited, King Benji features a steel hull and aluminum superstructure, offering accommodations for 10 guests across five cabins. King Benji impressed with a number of prestigious international awards.
Currently, Dunya Yachts is constructing an 87.5-meter yacht, known as Project DY012, designed by Tim Heywood. Additionally, the shipyard is building a 48-meter catamaran support vessel, Project DY010, designed by Gregory C. Marshall. These projects reflect Dunya's dedication to producing fully custom yachts that meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
