Yves Damette

Yves divides his time between his home in the South of Sweden and Monaco. He serves as Superyacht Partners Comercial Director, heads up the companies Yacht Management division and has over 25 years experience in the yachting industry, both on-board and ashore.

Starting as a junior deck crew, Yves worked his way through the ranks, eventually obtained his master 3000 license and served as a First Officer and then Captain on a number of prestigious yachts before eventually moving ashore to be closer to his growing family.

Yves was the head of the Yacht Management department of large Monaco based Yacht Brokerage company for 9 years. During that time, Yves oversaw a huge expansion of the fleet with yachts ranging from 30 to 130m in length. More recently, he was involved with one of the world’s largest private yachting fleets based in the UAE where he served as fleet operations manager for a couple of years. Superyacht Partners is delighted to have Yves heading up our superyacht family office Management Division.
